QivurnPro is built on a simple principle: your financial life belongs on your device, not on our servers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
Overview
QivurnPro does not require user accounts, does not operate cloud sync servers, and does not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs that track your behavior across apps or websites.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you use QivurnPro, you may voluntarily enter the following information, all of which is stored locally on your device:
- Profile information (display name, salary, work schedule, budget preferences);
- Expense records (amount, category tags, titles, dates, notes);
- Fixed recurring expense entries (subscription names and monthly costs);
- Receipt images you choose to attach to expense records.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, browsing history, or device identifiers for tracking purposes. We have no means to access your locally stored data because it never leaves your device through our systems.
Local Storage
All App data is persisted using your device's local storage mechanisms (e.g., iOS sandboxed file system and on-device key-value storage). Data is accessible only to the QivurnPro App on your device and is included in your standard iOS device backups (iCloud or local backup), subject to Apple's backup policies.
You may delete all App data at any time through the "Clear All Data" option in the App settings, or by uninstalling the App from your device.
Device Permissions
QivurnPro may request the following iOS permissions. Each permission is optional for core App functionality and is used only as described:
- Camera — To photograph receipts and attach them to expense records. Photos are saved locally within the App sandbox.
- Photo Library (Read) — To select existing receipt images from your photo library and attach them to expense records.
- Photo Library (Write) — To save receipt images or exported screenshots to your photo library when you explicitly choose to do so.
You may revoke these permissions at any time through iOS Settings → QivurnPro. Revoking permissions will disable related features but will not affect other App functionality.
QivurnPro does not request access to your location, microphone, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, or Apple ID.
Data Sharing
We do not transmit your personal or financial data to our servers or to third parties. The only circumstances in which your data may leave your device are:
- When you explicitly export or share content using iOS system share sheets;
- When you save an image to your photo library using App features;
- As part of your device's standard backup process managed by Apple.
Distribution of the App through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's privacy practices. We do not receive personal information about you from Apple beyond standard, anonymized App Store analytics provided by Apple to developers.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed and do not clear App data. We have no ability to retain, recover, or delete your data remotely. If you uninstall the App, locally stored data is removed in accordance with iOS sandbox deletion policies.
Children's Privacy
QivurnPro is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will assist with guidance on local data deletion.
Your Rights
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain full control over your information at all times. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). Given our local-only architecture:
- Access & portability — Your data is accessible within the App; you may screenshot or export records manually.
- Deletion — Use "Clear All Data" in App settings or uninstall the App.
- Correction — Edit any record directly within the App.

Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when revisions take effect. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
