These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QivurnPro mobile application ("App") for iOS. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the App and should uninstall it from your device. Your continued use of the App following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Service Description
QivurnPro is a personal productivity and budgeting application that helps users translate monetary spending into equivalent working hours based on a user-defined hourly rate. The App provides features including hour-pool tracking, expense logging, weekly reports, fixed recurring expense management, and optional receipt photo attachment.
The App operates entirely on your local device. QivurnPro does not provide financial advisory, tax, accounting, or investment services. All calculations, insights, and reports are for personal informational purposes only.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App;
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App or any portion thereof;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter and for decisions you make based on App outputs.
You must not attempt to interfere with the App's operation, circumvent security features, or use the App to store or transmit malicious content.
5. Your Data
All data you create within the App — including profile settings, expense records, receipt images, and reports — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers that collect or store your personal financial data.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device and data. Uninstalling the App or clearing App data may permanently delete your records. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling and device permissions.
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will meet your specific financial planning needs. Hour conversions and budget projections are estimates based on user-supplied inputs and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QIVURNPRO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
For App Store purchases, Apple's standard terms also apply. In the event of conflict between these Terms and mandatory Apple App Store terms, Apple's terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
